Tasks
- Implement and evaluate processes
- Identify quality control issues and suggest solutions
- Implement strategies and coordinate different service/vetting and support departments
- Contribute to budget and organizational plans
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Set policies and processes
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Prepare regular report to COO
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts)
Qualifications and requirements
- 5 years medium/Corporate Service experience and/or diploma in operating a business with at least 5 years' experience in a management role
- Experience in planning, budgeting and report to senior management
- Extreme ability to coordinate functions between different departments in ISS/ILS and external clients
- Strong analytical ability
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Problem solving aptitude
- Motivate people
- Presentable and professional in working with any level of people

Lines of communication
- Report to the General Manager ISS/Chief Operating Officer/Director Innovative Solution Group
Working conditions
- Full time Monday to Friday and weekends in emergency circumstances.
