Introduction

This is a 12-month opportunity underpinned by skills training programme that is specifically designed for the development of future leaders. The applicants need to have completed at least their undergraduate degree or degree equivalent. The Programme offers graduates a full rounded experience of the business including mentorship and coaching, and on the job training, all whilst earning a full salary and enjoying all the benefits. At the end of the graduate programme, you will be equipped with the knowledge and skills regarding the Training industry. Following successful completion of your graduate programme,





there will opportunities to apply for more stretch assignments locally and internationally outside of your comfort zone to build your expertise and leadership capability

Objective

- To attract and develop a talent pipeline of skilled individuals for core business areas within Training Force

- Create opportunities for unemployed graduates to gain work experience and develop competencies in the training industry

- Offer graduates a full rounded work experience including mentorship, coaching and on the job training

Desired Experience & Qualification
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in related areas such as but not limited to:

1. Business Administration
2. Marketing
3. Finance
4. Economics
5. Organisational Psychology

- Digital savviness

- Good Time Management

- 0 to 2 years working experience post-graduation

- Excellent communication skills

- Good Interpersonal skills
