Duties and Responsibility:
- Engage in self-development and acquire necessary knowledge and training to effectively present and position the company's services.
- Actively seek and develop new business opportunities to achieve financial targets and increase market share.
- Manage and develop a target-aligned sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Maintain up-to-date sales pipeline and activity status reporting,
providing monthly progress updates to management.
- Drive sales through consultative solutions by understanding clients’ business needs and offering tailored biometric solutions.
- Stay informed about changes within the industry and their relevance to client solutions.
- Collaborate with extended partnership and referral networks to enhance market reach.
- Work closely with management and support functions to shape viable commercial value propositions.
- Prepare business proposals and contribute to the development of new business strategies.
- Participate in and lead business development strategy sessions focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on innovation and competitor activity to relevant management forums.
- Plan and execute appropriate sales tactics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Liaise with potential business partners and negotiate contracts.
- Evaluate new business development fiscal impacts and communicate decisions effectively.
- Oversee client onboarding and ensure services are billed accurately.
- Collaborate with relevant functions to build a long-term project pipeline.
- Ensure timely responses to pre-qualifications and tenders from customers.
- Utilize pipeline data to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive the creation of professional sales presentation materials and onboarding documentation.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure resource efficiency.
- Compile, analyse, and report on business prospects and opportunities.
- Develop proposals and feasibility studies for potential projects.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of required reports.
- Maintain records of sales, revenue, and client interactions for auditing purposes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and practices while promoting our products/services to meet client objectives
Requirements Relevant tertiary qualification
Recognized certification in technology or software development is advantageous
Proven field experience
Familarity with electronics solution and consulting in a business environment is a plus
