A leading player in the distribution and services industry is seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Manager to permanently join their dynamic finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with a passion for managing accounts receivable processes and leading a team to achieve outstanding financial performance.

Duties:

- Oversee the entire accounts receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections.
- Manage and mentor a team of accounts receivable professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.






- Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to optimize cash flow and reduce outstanding debt.
- Analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer disputes and ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
- Maintain the legal book and oversee the legal process related to collections and debt recovery.
- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable performance and present findings to senior management.

Qualifications & skills:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, with 2-3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of legal processes related to collections and debt recovery.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
