Introduction
We currently recruiting for a Regional Field Services Team Lead who will be responsible for overseeing the performance of Field Service Personnel (FSPs) within a designated region. Regions are divided as follows and may evolve based on business needs
The role involves managing both full-time employees and contractor network personnel, ensuring all field service operations are carried out efficiently, and maintaining optimal service delivery standards.
- There is Shift work 7am to 7pm – Mon to Sunday
- Days off will be during the week and alternate Weekends
- Salary R19000 - R21 000 (based on exp & qualifications)
- Preferably someone from the payments space
- 5 days in office

Duties & Responsibilities
- Case Management: Oversee FSP performance, ensuring timely acceptance, updates, ETA management, and closure of cases across the region.
- Onboarding & Training: Facilitate onboarding and product-specific training for new FSPs.
- Scheduling & Route Planning: Plan FSPs' daily activities, manage schedules, and optimize case clustering and route planning.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with stock controllers to manage regional inventory, including replenishment and tracking.
- Service Delivery & SLA Management: Monitor FSP case assignments, ensuring all cases meet or exceed SLA targets.
- FSP Reporting: Generate performance reports and monitor both FSPs and contractors in the region to ensure compliance with service standards.
- Claims Management: Review and approve overtime, mileage, and case-related claims for FSPs and contractors.
- Leadership & Support: Motivate and manage a team of FSPs,
ensuring adherence to company policies, performance reviews, and personal development.
- Ad-Hoc Duties: Provide standby coverage, emergency support, and occasionally step in for other regional team leads.

Qualifications
- National Senior Certificate/Grade 12
- A+; N+ certification beneficial
Experience
- 2-5 years Supervisory Experience
- Preferably someone from the payments space
Technical/Professional Skills:
- Solid IT and technical skills
- Leadership and people management experience
- Strong administrative and reporting capabilities

Additional Information
- Provide training for clients and business partners as needed
- Attend customer meetings as required
- Conduct quarterly tool audits for FSPs
- Coordinate regional project rollouts, such as software upgrades on device
