We looking for a Corporate Finance Analyst. Their goal will be to contribute to the growth of the company's Corporate Finance advisory business.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAs a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will conduct in-depth financial analysis, M&A; transactions, equity and debt capital markets and valuations. You will build financial models and prepare presentations to clients and lastly, recognize new investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in executing corporate finance transactions, including capital raising, M&A;, and financial restructuring
- Perform financial modeling, valuations, and detailed financial analysis
- Prepare pitch books, presentations,





and transaction documentation
- Support due diligence processes and provide research for client engagements
- Analyze and interpret financial statements and market trends
- Contribute to the growth of the corporate finance advisory unit

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction advisory
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
