We are seeking a Letting Administrator responsible for managing rental transactions, handling new client administration, lease renewals, inspections, and maintenance requests. The role includes processing tenant deposit refunds, managing arrears, invoicing, and ensuring compliance with FIC regulations. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills will be key.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAs a Letting Administrator, you will manage rental transactions, ensuring daily reconciliations, processing tenant deposits and refunds, and handling third-party invoicing. You'll assist in new client administration, ensuring compliance with FIC regulations and managing documentation. Additionally,
you will oversee lease renewals, including calculating rental adjustments, preparing renewal documents, and updating systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing rental payments and daily reconciliations
- Handling tenant deposits, refunds, and arrears
- Overseeing lease renewals and property inspections
- Processing maintenance requests and coordinating with service providers
- Ensuring compliance with FIC regulations and SOPs
- Managing invoicing and third-party accounts
- Maintaining an organised, digital filing system for easy document access
