Global logistics company is seeking the services of Head of Sales - where overseeing and managing the sales operations, and bring innovation and inspiraton to the team. you must have superior market knowledge – in terms of logistics operations globally and use this to your advantage to leverage sales and provide solutions to customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead National Sales and Pricing teams
- Focus on Airfreight, Seafreight, Roadfreight, and more
- Develop strategic sales plans to grow profit and expand our customer base
- Manage budgets, build client relationships, and ensure top-tier service
- Achieve revenue targets and oversee the sales process from start to finish
Desired Experience & Qualification
- 7-10 years’ experience in a senior sales role
- Expertise in logistics (Air/Sea/Road freight, warehousing, imports/exports)
- Proven track record of driving new business and achieving targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
Package & Remuneration
Upper R2 - 3 Million range
