ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
· SAP Success Factor Employee Central and Time Management
· Provisioning expert / Configuration
· SAP Success Factors – Certified Employee Central Core
· Main focus EC Rollout and SAP Success Factors Time Management
o Time Management
§ SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off
§ SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Timesheet
§ SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking
· Main focus on Employee Central Time Management with sound knowledge on Employee Central Core
· Design and Rollout to various locations, SF EC Template design
· Operation support (when needed)
· ITSM change ticket creation
· JIRA/Confluence
· Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
· JIRA/Confluence knowledge advantage (Agile)
· SuccessFactors: Payroll
· SAP SF CPI “Cloud Platform Integration” understanding or previous working experience
· Flexibility to take up different tasks in the project.
WHICH QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FOR THE ROLE?
· SAP SuccessFactor certified in requirement modules
· Strong experience in Applications Operations
· MS Excel (Strong Formula knowledge)
· Good understanding of system landscape to design adequate and governance compliant to secure role design and user provisioning.
· Proven experience roles design,
and support within a SAP environment.
· Good problem-solving capabilities are necessary to investigate and propose alternate solutions for compliance conflicts.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES?
· SAP Module Configuration
· Development documentation
· Analyse and solve SAP Module issues
· Conduct SAP Module process configuration
· Update and maintain all SAP Module functional documentation
· Analyse and scope End-user authorisation roles
· Conduct Unit tests, Integration tests and System Integration security tests
· Proactively propose solutions to improve the support of (new) business processes
· Support the operational and functional teams with issues and provide a solutions-based approach
· International travel
· Recording,
routing, and monitoring all reported incidents using ITSM to the incident management process.
· Liaising with other fix groups and other plant based or central support organisations within.
· Taking ownership of incidents reported by users, through to resolution.
· Adhering to documented escalation processes.
· Carrying out regression testing
· Interact with consultants of other modules
· User interface transactional solutions
· In the course of normal duties, identify and report discrepancies in documented processes.
· Manage general queries in a timely and professional manner.
· Liaise with development/team leads on user’s access requirements, new transactions, role creation etc.
· Enforce SAP security and SAP development guidelines.
· Provision of technical security and authorisations support and guidance to both the business and the SAP support teams.
