We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail General Manager to oversee operations for a large retail petrol service station. The role requires strong leadership, operational management, and financial expertise.Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:

- Retail Operations Management: Lead and manage all aspects of the petrol retail service station’s operations, including fuel sales, convenience store management, and customer service excellence.
- Team Leadership: Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring efficient teamwork and maintaining high standards across all areas.
- Financial Performance: Monitor and manage financial performance, including sales, margins, stock control,





and expenses to ensure profitability and cost-efficiency.
- Stock and Inventory Control: Ensure accurate stock management, minimize wastage, and optimize product offerings to meet customer demand and sales trends.
- Customer Service: Maintain and improve customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and products, resolving complaints, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Reporting: Regularly prepare and present performance reports, including financials, sales trends, and operational insights to upper management.

Requirements:

- At least 5-7 years of management experience in retail, petrol service station management, or FMCG
- Experience in managing petrol retail service stations would be highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop large teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience with stock management, vendor relations, and operational compliance.
- A degree or diploma in business management, retail management,





or a related field (preferred but not essential with relevant experience).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
