Claims Consultant - Commercial Short-Term
Location: Roodepoort - JHB
Start date: ASAP.
Reporting to: Head of Operations
Remuneration: R15 000 - R20 000
Requirements:
- Language - Afrikaans & English
- 2-5 Years commercial & personal lines claims end to end administration.
- RE5
- Class of business - Commercial and Personal lines (Not negotiable)
- Full NQF Short term credits
- 2-5 years commercial short term insurance administration and sales experience
- Outbound Call Centre experience beneficial Overview:
The ideal candidate for the role is experienced in short-term claims administration and resolution. The candidate will be required to assist in the management and servicing of the brokerage commercial client base. Diligence,
client centricity as well as the ability to work under pressure are all key attributes required.
