Full job description
Key Outputs
- Define preventative maintenance checklist for each model of equipment on MARC site
- Manage scheduled oil sampling data and recommend preventative maintenance interventions
- Manage VIMS data and Minestar health information
- Manage run fleet productivity optimisation program
- Ensure effective self-management and performance ownership
- Achieve team Balance Scorecard.
- Achieve applicable Service Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
- Ensure Personal Development Action Plan is in place and adhere to
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
- Qualified Artisan (Mechanic in relevant trade i.e. Diesel / Earthmoving)
- 5 years post-apprentice / learner ship experience
- Demonstrated practical and theoretical training skills
- Sound interpersonal relationship skills
- Computer Literate (MS Office,
- Trouble shooting, problem solving and failure analysis skills
- Caterpillar product knowledge
- Familiar with the use of Service Technician Workbench
- Experience in analysing oil sampling and trends (advantage)
