Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project administration or related roles.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools preferred.

Skills and Competencies

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Additional Requirements

- Relevant certifications in project administration or management (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation) preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.






- Ability to work collaboratively while managing individual responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Administrative Support: Assist project managers with documentation, meeting coordination, and lifecycle support.
- Project Tracking: Maintain project tracking systems, prepare status reports, and ensure documentation accessibility.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, managing expectations and updates.
- Risk Management: Support in identifying and monitoring project risks, maintaining a risk register.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with project management processes and support quality assurance of deliverables.
- Training and Support: Guide project teams on administrative processes and assist in onboarding.

Contract Details

- Primarily based in Tshwane, with flexibility to engage with various departments.
