Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in an IT support environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical and pragmatic approach
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and independently

- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to travel
Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, implement, and maintain the groups ICT infrastructure, including:
- IT Hardware: Oversee procurement, setup, maintenance, and replacement processes
- Networking and Cabling: Ensure high standards across the organization
- Connectivity: Manage data, voice, and telephony services
- Desktop Security:
Implement antivirus solutions and patch management
- User Security Awareness: Conduct training sessions for staff
- Desktop Support Services
- Other Systems: Oversee firewalls, VPNs, queuing systems, and CCTV
- Manage in-country IT teams (currently 6 members)
- Oversee cost management for the ICT infrastructure
