Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the QA and support teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Develop and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices to ensure product quality.
- Oversee testing efforts, including automated and manual testing, to ensure thorough coverage and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure alignment with quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze support metrics to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on QA methodologies and support processes.
- Act as the main point of contact for escalated support issues,
driving resolution and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and support, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and compliance requirements is a plus.
