Our client based in Sandton is seeking a Customer Experience Team Lead to ensure optimal customer service to clients
Key requirement
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer interfacing role
- Grade 12 is essential
- Customer facing certification or diploma
- Leadership skills
- Superior customer engagement
- Excellent administrative abilities
- Ability to follow through on instructions
- MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Prior industry related platform experience will be advantageous
Key responsibility
- Provision of an excellent support service which will ensure a functional and seamless on floor customer experience in which the showroom floor is effectively supervised and supported
- Ensuring effective onsite customer service as well as after care service
- Monitor the delivery board as well as delivery emails and ensure all logistics daily is prepared and ready
- Monitor customer care communication on WhatsApp's groups to ensure you are fully aware of deliverables and expectations
- Inform sales manager on the whatsapp group and via email of any cars that you feel do not meet the minimum standards
- Confirm deliveries for the day
- Confirm client coming as well as if insurance process needs to be done
- Arrange the drivers for pickups from the customer destination to dealer
- Prepare the cars for delivery/collection and ensure car ready for delivery
- Remove all vehicle inspection sheets from the car
