The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mineral processing and a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion. This role requires technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for continuous improvement in project execution. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple mineral processing projects, ensuring they are completed timeously, within scope, and within budget. Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and procurement, to ensure project success. Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, from design to commissioning.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges. Oversee the preparation of technical documentation, including design specifications, reports, and progress updates. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure clear communication and project alignment. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mining, Metallurgical, Chemical, or related field). Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering within the Mineral Processing industry. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects. Strong technical knowledge of mineral processing techniques, equipment, and technologies. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
