Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on software functionality.
- Analyze and document defects, track their status, and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of customer support inquiries related to software functionality.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize our software solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and support workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance and software support.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and testing tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with customer support software and ticketing systems is a plus.
