Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or related
- 2+ years experience in marketing retail or Quick Service Restaurant industry
- Strong understanding of retail marketing principles & consumer behaviour
- Creative thinker and able to develop innovative marketing concepts
- Strong communication (English fluency) & presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing analytics stools
- Valid license and passport regular travel to various markets
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Develop / implement marketing strategies for in-restaurant promotions, menu offerings,
and local store marketing initiatives across all companys markets
- Work closely with menu development teams and operations to enhance the in-store customer experience and drive sales
- Presentation of retail marketing plans
- Analyse sales data and consumer trends
Salary: R40 000.00 R45 000.00 per month CTC (dependent on experience).
