This position requires an accurate and detail-oriented individual as you will be responsible for capturing and processing invoices daily. You must ensure that the relevant data needs to be accurately processed to suppliers timeously. Experience with conducting supplier reconciliations is essential as this is expected to be done monthly to ensure that payments and supplier invoices correspond to one another.
Additionally,
you will need to communicate directly with suppliers regarding any payment queries or discrepancies. You will communicate with various departments within the organization to liase between the finance function and other business functions. Therefore, it is essential that you have excellent communication skills and a good understanding of Afrikaans.
