We require the services of a presentable, strong administrative Customer Support Administrator with the ability to effectively communicate verbally as well as in writing to our clients, colleagues and other related third parties.
- Customer Service Excellence, the highest priority.
- After hours and weekend support devices (on rotation basis).
- Resolve customer queries via phone, email, and/or social media.
- Administration responsibilities and assistance to Credit Controllers.
- Assistance and guidance to clients.
- Assisting walk-in clients.
- Compile reports (MS Office products).
- Promoting MidCity Utilities to prospective new clients.
- Arranging inspections at sites with Technicians.
- Report power failures and notify clients.
- Administrative support of all internal divisions, as needed.
- Meter and Technical support (eg: meter management).
- Attention to details and high degree of accuracy.
- Providing timeous feedback and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Record the details of every taken action, as well as the complaints, comments.
- Graduation from high school.
- Extremely strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, especially Outlook, Word and Excel, needed.
- Presentable and ability to effectively communicate verbally as well as in writing.
- Computer literacy.
- Punctual, professional and reliable.
- Work independantly, when required.
- Worked in Customer Services industry before (recommended).
- Works effectively under pressure and with frequent interruptions.
- Multitasking.
- Computer literate applications using computers to prepare documents, data entry and email.
- Deadline driven.
- Performs other work-related tasks, as assigned.
Annual CTC between R198 000 - R252 000
