Hire Resolve's client is looking for a Unit Manager to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape. The successful candidate will manage a dedicated team and ensure the effective operation of the unit while delivering exceptional service and fostering growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the unit, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals while promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Implement strategies to meet performance targets and improve service quality.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize operational efficiency.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders,
ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify areas for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance unit productivity.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on unit performance and activities.
Client Liaison
- Establish and maintain communication with clients to facilitate project updates and feedback.
- Ensure all stakeholder requirements are addressed promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of management experience in the relevant industry.
- Proven track record of achieving operational targets and implementing improvements.
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management is essential.
