Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic plan that aligns with both the non-profits mission and the parent companys CSR objectives. Ensure operational efficiency and financial health while representing the organization.Program Development: Design and manage programs that address community needs and are aligned with CSR goals. Continuously assess their effectiveness.Fundraising & Financial Management: Create and implement a fundraising strategy, manage the budget, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Cultivate relationships with donors and partners.Marketing & Communication: Enhance the non-profits visibility through marketing strategies, social media engagement,
and consistent branding.Community Engagement: Build partnerships with community leaders, advocate for the organization's cause, and foster collaboration with other groups.Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to legal standards, work with the board for transparent governance, and maintain accurate records.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Sciences, or related fields.Proven experience in non-profit management or CSR.Strong leadership, fundraising, and financial management skills.Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.This role demands ethical leadership, a deep understanding of community needs, and the ability to drive both operational and strategic success in the non-profit sector.
