Kendrick Recruitment is Currently Seeking a Night Manager for a prestigious hotel, where your leadership will shine!
This exciting opportunity allows you to take charge of hotel operations during the night, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.Lead and manage all hotel operations at night, creating a seamless guest experience while upholding our high standards.
Key Performance Objectives:
- Become a Hotel Ambassador by embodying our mission and values.
- Deliver on our promise of “No Request too Large; No Detail too Small” through exceptional service.
- Build positive relationships with guests and colleagues by actively listening and creatively surprising them.
- Collaborate with your manager and team, welcoming constructive feedback and development opportunities.
- Stay vigilant regarding health, safety, and security, adhering to all procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in a night manager or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and guest services.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with emergency evacuation, security, and fire procedures.
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
