Project Support Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
Project Support
- Taking ownership for compiling complex reports for our clients, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adding value to the end product.
- Managing assignment related administration and providing operational support to Consultant and Research teams.
Recruitment Administration:
- Conduct reference checks and ensure thorough documentation.
- Perform integrity and background checks on candidates.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and update candidate information regularly.
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team.
Desktop Research:
- Assist in sourcing and compiling research on candidates, clients and market trends.
- Conduct internet searches and data gathering to support recruitment initiatives.
Integrity Checks:
- Verify candidate credentials, qualifications, and assist with references as part of the screening process.
- Ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements in candidate verification processes.
Requirements:
- Degree essential
- Experience in project support in a professional services environment.
- Proven experience in taking ownership of and delivering high quality complex admin projects on a tight deadline.
- Ability to conduct online research and gather and present relevant data efficiently..
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to quickly adapt to new technology and software.
