You will drive new business growth, build strong client relationships, and develop and execute a sales strategy aimed at expanding the company’s automated equipment solutions into new industries.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the expansion into new markets by identifying opportunities in food, agriculture, chemicals, and FMCG sectors;Develop and implement a sales strategy focused on diversification and growth across various industries;Build and maintain strong client relationships,
understanding client needs and providing tailored equipment solutions;Meet or exceed sales targets by managing the sales process from lead generation to deal closure;Collaborate with the technical team to develop industry-specific solutions and ensure product adaptation for new markets;Effectively negotiate contracts and close deals, maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and long-term partnerships;Report regularly on sales performance, market trends, and provide feedback on product optimisation.Key RequirementsMinimum 10 years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on selling automated equipment;Proven success in breaking into new markets and achieving sales targets;Experience in selling to industries such as food, agriculture, chemicals,
or FMCG is highly desirable;Strong understanding of the industrial automation market and its applications across various industries;Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of building relationships in new and unfamiliar markets;Willingness to travel to meet clients in different industries and regions;A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is a plus but relevant industry experience will be considered.
