Reference: CPT007261-DS-1Our client in the Manufacturing and Supply industry - working with containers - is looking for a Workshop Manager to join their team in the Western Cape, Blackheath
Minimum requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Prefers Mechanical Engineering diploma with minimum 3 years' Workshop Management experience
Qualification: Trade Tested Toolmaker, Boilermaker, Fitter & Turner or Millwright with a minimum of 5 years' work experience
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications, interpret, plan and manufacture accordingly
Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (a 3rd language would be beneficial)
Results driven - can get things done. (Not “if”, the question is “how”!)
Ability to work independently but understand the value of team-performance
Good knowledge of the applicable safety regulations and procedures is essential
Computer literacy (basic proficiency in Word & Excel)
Own reliable vehicle and drivers license
