The Air Spring Supply Company is looking for an External sales representative in Johannesburg to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals for our 4x4 division. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills.Sales Representative Responsibilities:Proven experience as an External Sales Executive.Technical drawing,





suspension or mechanical experience would be an advantage.Have an understanding of 4x4 vehicles and 4x4 accessories.Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer service.Effective presentation and negotiation skills.High degree of professionalism.Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude.Provide after-sales support to retain customers.Build strong client relationships, through regular communication.Suggest company products/services that maximize client satisfaction.Coordinate with Account Executives and Account Managers to create customized sales plans for key clients.Promote new products/services to existing customers.Must be able to work under pressure and pay attention to detail.Core responsibility would be to cultivate new business.Must be well spoken and professional.Must be able to speak, read and write in English and Afrikaans. Preferably between the ages of 25-40 years.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling,





networking and social media.Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services..Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with sales teams and management.Fast learner and have good problem solving skills.Customer service specialist and target driven essential.Must be computer literate, email / word / excel and needs to be able to spell.Experience in Pastel would be an advantage.Must have a matric certificate.Driver’s license (08)Must be credit clear, no ITC problems or Judgements, no criminal record.Must be independent and an extrovert.Preferably lives in the Boksburg, Kempton Park, Edenvale,





Benoni areas.OfferSalary would depend on experience The company does pay a 13Th cheque in December and Profit share annually based on individual and company performance.
