Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role within the FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across different departments.
- Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent financial qualification preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
