HRIS Specialist (SAP HCM)

Are you an experienced SAP HR Superuser with expertise in SAP Human Capital Modules? Our client in the financial services industry is looking for a multi-discipline HRIS Specialist to provide comprehensive support across all SAP HCM Modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide holistic support on SAP HCM Modules: Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Evaluation, Talent Management, Performance Management, Payroll, and Reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy and perform data analytics.
- Write customized SAP reports.
- Facilitate end-to-end testing of configuration changes and upgrades (including notes and support packs).
- Offer first-line support for all HCM Modules.
- Maintain and create the Organizational Management Structure for SAP HCM Modules.
- Test cases, assist with testing, and facilitate migration from the QA environment to production.
Requirements:
- SAP HR Certification is essential.
- Relevant National Diploma/Degree qualification.
- 3-6 years of experience with SAP HCM, including Payroll, Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, and Time Management.
- Exposure to Learning Solutions Optimizations (LSO), Competency Management, Employee Self-Service (ESS), and Manager Self-Service (MSS).
- Experience in Performance Management and systems security protocol, policies, and procedures.
Please Note: This is not a configuration role, but one that involves testing, support, and system optimization. SAP production access will be provided.
