My client in the earthmoving equipment industry is looking for an Inventory Administrator to join their team in Boksburg, East Rand.
The main purpose of the role is placing of inventory purchase orders based on forecasts; shipping control; transport co-ordinating and eNatis system.
Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Local and foreign Purchasing - arranging FEC's
- All aspects of Inventory control including credits and costing calculations
- Arranging transport and distribution of machines nationally
- Control of eNatis system & microdotting of machines nationally
- Sales allocations of machines and resolving queries regarding stock
- Stock take
- General office administration
REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric / Grade 12
- 5+ years' experience in an inventory environment
- Computer literate, MUST have Excel and SAP experience
- Vehicle Management System (VMS) would be ideal, but not compulsory
- Willing and able to study, and attend courses related to inventory control and costing (PPIM/CPIM)
