Requirements:

- Matric
- Tertiary qualification will be an advantage
- 3-5 years management or supervisory experience essential
- ICD 10 & CPT coding knowledge
- Knowledge of Medical Aid rules and Fixed Fee Contracts with funders
- Knowledge of Private Hospital Billings and guidelines
- Accounting knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure!!!!
- Excellent computer skills

Management of entire admin depart of 30+ staff and :-

- Credit control and queries
- Case Manager updates
- Ensure Accurate use of ICD10 & CPT codes
- Analysis of billing errors
- Manage Fixed Fee Contracts with Medial Aids
- Daily and Monthly reporting to Hospital Manager
- Month end finalisation of files
- Quotations,





Financial risk management and daily banking
- Auditing of folders exceeding a set value

and still more duties (job spec will be shared with candidates prior an interview)
