Requirements
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or
Information Technology
- Up to five (5) years’ relevant experience in developing
and maintaining operational systems, information and
communication systems (ICT) and multiple architecture
systems components (advantageous)
- Physically fit
- A valid Code B driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
Key Performance Areas
- Managing the architectural design, installation, commissioning
and servicing of AFC/APTMS
- Implementing and administering service level
agreements with Transport, its Vehicle Operating
Companies, service providers and stakeholders
- Managing and monitoring the maintenance and
repair programme of the AFC/APTMS
- Administering and implementing the annual tariff
design, My-Connect card product sales and licensing
agreements
- Researching and networking
- Ensuring that projects are well defined,
successfully implemented and completed within the
predetermined time, quality and budget requirements
- Supporting and communicating with internal and
external stakeholders on issues of common purpose
- Coordinating and facilitating working groups
- Managing staff
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory, statutory and
legislative requirements.
