Full job description
Oversee and coordinate daily surgical lists to ensure efficient operations and optimal patient outcomes.
Manage the clinic’s surgical and laboratory inventory, maintaining stock levels.
Enforce strict hygiene and infection control protocols throughout the hospital.
Provide support and mentorship to the nursing and assistant team, fostering continuous professional growth.
Collaborate closely with veterinarians and other team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
Monitor and maintain equipment and instruments, ensuring they remain in excellent working condition.
Assist with clinical procedures and provide hands-on nursing care when necessary.
Registered Veterinary Nurse with relevant qualifications and certifications.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with proven leadership qualities to inspire and guide the team.
