Your day at NTT DATA
The Senior Network Solutions Architect collaborates with clients and internal teams to create strategic, transformative designs for complex solutions.
They provide multi-technology consulting services across application software, infrastructure, and related technology components.
What you'll be doing
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Evaluate and optimize network services to align with client requirements.
- Enable operational service delivery that supports client operating models.
- Perform advanced issue analysis and resolution, addressing major incidents.
- Conduct technical assessments and participate in service improvements.
- Identify and track security risks related to technology vulnerabilities.
- Design complex managed service solutions across multiple domains and geographies.
- Deepen partnership relationships with managed services clients.
- Develop service models and SLAs for inclusion in master services agreements.
- Mentor engineers and consultants on product knowledge and technical solutions.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications :
- A+ and N+ Certifications
- Azure AZ-900 & AZ-700 certifications (requisite)
- CCNA and CCIE certifications (requisite)
- Azure AZ-305 & AZ-104 certifications (advantage)
- ITIL foundation v3 / v4 certification (advantage)
Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Attributes :
- Minimum 8+ years supporting enterprise Networking Solutions.
- Strong understanding of Networking principles.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of Cisco ACI.
- Experience with Microsoft Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policy.
- Familiarity with storage area network technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial Networking offerings from major vendors.
- Analytical and consulting abilities.
- Strategic alignment of business needs with technical roadmap.
- Broad knowledge across Enterprise Architecture, Managed Services, and Service Management.
- Understanding of cloud optimization and scalability.
- Agile / DevOps experience.
- Effective communication of technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Whiteboarding and workshop facilitation skills.
- Strong writing skills for solution proposals.
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn.
- Commitment to attaining required certifications.
