REQUIREMENTS
- Matric/Relevant qualification advantageous
- South African Citizen/with valid Identity document Originating from Cape Town with family living in Cape Town will be preferential.
- Drivers license would be preferential but not critical.
- Good fluency in English
- Physically healthy and can perform light manual tasks, including:
- Gardening
- Building maintenance
- Window cleaning (using ladders)
- Lifting and carrying objects up to 20kg
DUTIES
- Assisting owner with all duties in the laboratory as needed.
- General maintenance duties inside and outside the properties such as painting, cleaning, maintenance, gardening, washing windows etc.
- Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment, car,
and boat washing.
- Occasionally perform manual labour tasks and carry objects that weights up to 20 kg in weight (bags of plaster of Paris, cement, potting soil, compost etc.)
- Ability and confidence to operate basic machinery, power tools, general hand tools.
- Occasional shopping for materials and maintenance items at hardware store/ if have drivers licence.
