Your key job responsibilities as the German speaking Customer Account Advisor in Cape Town, South Africa :
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Understand clients’ needs and objectives, offering tailored solutions and recommendations to maximise their experience with our media offerings
- Handle inquiries, requests, and concerns from clients promptly and professionally, striving for swift issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and communication history using our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of clients’ media campaigns, including scheduling, content creation, and performance tracking
- Gather feedback from clients to contribute to the continuous improvement of our media offerings and services
Requirements for this German speaking Customer Account Advisor job in Cape Town, South Africa :
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, or a related field is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills,
with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships
- Detail-oriented and organised, capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and communication tools
- A passion for media, advertising, and staying updated on industry trends
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
