Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in the healthcare industry? Our client, based in Cape Town CBD, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team.
- Provide prompt and professional customer support to clients and patients.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and queries related to healthcare services.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery excellence.
- Matric.
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work shifts (2PM – 2AM)
and be office-based.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and customer management software.
