We are looking for a game-changer to join our dynamic team and drive transformation. You will play a pivotal role in optimising our HR administration and driving operational excellence.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of HR services, including HR administration, payroll, benefits and compensation, HR business partnering, and HR data analytics. This role is key for our human capital transformation and to bring the organisation to the next level.

You will bring!

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

● Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, in mid-size organizations
● Strong understanding of labour laws and hr practices
● Experience with HR information systems (HRIS),
