A well-established car rental agency based in Kempton Park, seeks to employ a fleet controller.
- Monitoring and tracking of the Company's fleet using the GPS system
- Facilitation of fleet maintenance and repair work required (booking of services, facilitation of repair work through panelbeaters and follow up)
- Facilitation of regular fleet maintenance such as tyre replacements and vehicle tool kit checks.
- Regular inspection (in trade) of the Company's fleet and the reporting of damages
- Oversee all aspects of vehicle management, including safety, training and finance.
- Continually monitor the transportation department's efficiency and performance and look for ways to improve productivity, reduce errors,
cut back on waste and bolster the company's bottom line.
- 3+ years experience in a similar position
- Matric
- Qualification related to fleet control is advantageous
- Good administrative skills
- Attention to detail.
