Job Opportunity: Counter Sales Consultant
Position Type: Permanent
Location: Roodepoort, West Rand
Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 CTC (depending on experience)
Benefits: Commission: Uncapped based on GP rand value
Company vehicle or claims available for meetings and site visits

Office Hours:
Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Dress Code for Interview: Smart Casual (Company shirt and chino pants or neat jeans, comfortable but professional shoes)
Expected Daily Duties:
Build and manage strong customer relationships with existing and new clients
Identify new potential clients and promote sales through calls,
emails, and visits
Set up meetings with decision makers and follow up with post-visit emails
Consistently manage the dealer base, updating details and analyzing sales data
Provide proficient technical advice and accurate solutions for clients
Draft accurate quotations based on client needs
Articulate the company's value proposition and product offerings
Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
Minimum Criteria:
Qualifications:
Grade 12 Certificate
Valid Driver's License
Preference for N3 Diploma or higher
Preference for Sales Diploma or higher
Experience:
Minimum 2 years proven sales experience (preference for electronic security industry)
Strong B2B sales knowledge (preference for distribution experience)
Experience with CRM systems or Excel
Strong Microsoft Office usage experience
Preference for Sage Evolution System experience
Dealer base management experience and understanding of sales processes
Ability to research and profile new potential prospects
Skills:
Strong prioritization and time management
Excellent communication skills (telephonic, face-to-face, and email etiquette)
Technical knowledge in electronic security products and solutions (preferred)
Self-disciplined and motivated
Fast learner with strong research and profiling skills
Goal-driven with clear understanding of objectives
Planning and execution skills
