This role reports to the Finance Executive and will assume Finance Manager in the Property Sector include a range of tasks related to financial management, compliance, and strategic decision-making. Key duties typically involve:
1. Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for property portfolios.
- Analyze financial performance, including profit & loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Provide insights on financial trends to support strategic decision-making and improve profitability.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Develop, implement, and manage the annual budget for properties under management.
- Perform variance analysis comparing actuals with budgets and forecasts.
- Provide rolling forecasts to adapt to market changes and property performance
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Accounting
- SAICA Articles
- MDA System
- 9 years relevant Property Management Experience
