Job Description:
As the Finance Assistant, you are responsible for the following:
Maintain and update financial records
Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
Organize and file financial documents, such as invoices, receipts and statements
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Verify payment processing
Assist in the preparation of bank deposits
Reconcile bank statements
Assist with general administrative tasks related to the finance departments
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
Any additional duties as required by the Finance Manager
Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in MS Office
Any familiarity with accounting software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Qualification:
Relevant Finance or Accounting degree or equivalent
Matric (Grade 12)
