SA - Western Cape, Cape Town - CBDR 40 000 - R 48 000 Cost To CompanyOur client in the Manufacturing and Supply industry - working with containers - is looking for a Workshop Manager to join their team in the Western Cape, Blackheath Minimum requirements :
- Minimum Qualification : Prefers Mechanical Engineering diploma with minimum 3 years' Workshop Management experience
- Qualification : Trade Tested Toolmaker, Boilermaker, Fitter & Turner or Millwright with a minimum of 5 years' work experience
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications, interpret, plan and manufacture accordingly
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (a 3rd language would be beneficial)
- Results driven - can get things done. (Not if ,
the question is how !)
- Ability to work independently but understand the value of team-performance
- Good knowledge of the applicable safety regulations and procedures is essential
- Computer literacy (basic proficiency in Word & Excel)
- Own reliable vehicle and drivers license
