This role reports to the Head of Finance and will assume responsibility
- Financial Reporting: Preparing financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports, ensuring they are accurate and comply with accounting standards like IFRS or GAAP.
- General Ledger Management: Maintaining the general ledger by posting journal entries and reconciling accounts.
- Month-End and Year-End Closings: Overseeing the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all transactions are recorded and reported within deadlines.
- Tax Compliance: Preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, analyzing financial performance against budgets, and identifying variances.
- Internal Controls: Implementing and monitoring internal controls to safeguard the company's financial assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Accounting
- MDA System
- 4 years relevant Property Management Experience
