Software Sales Administrator - Pretoria, GP Gauteng
Matrix Design Africa – DataSaint is looking for a Softwae Sales Administrator to join the team! The ERP Software Sales Administrator will be responsible for converting leads into potential sales and opportunities, they provide efficient client communication and will handle various sales-related administrative tasks to help achieve corporate sales targets.
Some duties include:
- Continuously research industry trends and client expectations
- Work closely with the CRM team to align on lead generation strategies and sales campaigns
- Use the appropriate CRM tools to ensure that the client database is always updated with accurate customer information and track lead progress per customer.
- Coordinate with potential clients to schedule meetings, demo's and follow-ups.
- Facilitate current and new client visits and demonstrations
- Follow up all concluded sales for after sales support and quality control
- Respond to client inquiries and provide information about software products and services.
Minimum Requirements:
- A relevant post Matric qualification/Certification relating to the Sales field or similar
- A minimum of 2 years relevant sales administration experience. (NON-RETAIL)
- Own reliable transport and a valid driver's license.
- Previous working experience in the IT/Software industry will be given preference.
- Must have a good understanding of Business Processes, Accounting and ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have great admin and organizational skills
- Must have great communication skills and have a professional demeanour
- Must be target driven and have a tolerance for stress
- Must be tech-savvy
