Job Opportunity: Production & Logistics Manager at Smokey Joe, Sauce and Spice Manufacturing
Smokey Joe, a vibrant Sauce and Spice Manufacturing company located in Stikland, is seeking an enthusiastic male candidate to join our team as a Production & Logistics Manager.
Role Overview:
In this position, you will oversee a production team of approximately 10 employees, alongside managing a team of 3 drivers and 2 assistants. You will also play a key role in vehicle loading operations.
Required Experience and Skills:
- A minimum of 5 years in sales within the food industry.
- Knowledge of food manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage staff effectively.
- Target-driven and adaptable to various situations.
- Confident and personable demeanor.
- Innovative and flexible work approach.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and strong organizational abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Own vehicle is necessary.
