· Perform routine maintenance on plant equipment, including pumps, motors, conveyors, and other machinery.
· Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical faults on machinery and equipment.
· Ensure all mechanical systems are operating efficiently and effectively.
· Replace worn or damaged parts in machinery and conduct regular lubrication of mechanical components.
· Fabricate, assemble, and install metal structures, including boilers, tanks, and pressure vessels.
· Cut, shape, weld, and install metal components according to blueprints and specifications.
· Conduct structural repairs on existing equipment and machinery.
Requirements· Grade 12
· Trade Tested Fitter / Boilermaker
· Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Fitter in an industrial setting.
· Experience in boilermaking and metal fabrication preferred,
· Experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment is highly desirable.
· Valid Drivers License,
Desired Skills:
- Grade 12
- Trade Tested
- Min 3 yrs exp
Desired Qualification Level:
- Grade 12 / Matric
