IIE Varsity College, Pretoria campus is seeking appointees in the field of Insurance and Risk Management to strengthen the teaching and research capabilities in the Faculty of Management Studies.

JOB PURPOSE






The primary purpose of this position is the delivery of effective facilitation/lecturing on qualifications and all associated academic activities such as student engagement and support that will promote student success and learning.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

- Lecturing/Facilitation
- Marking
- Student support

Competencies Required:

- Communications skills
- Organisational skills
- Time Management

Minimum Education Requirements per module:

- Honours degree in Risk and Insurance Management. OR
- Honours degree in one of the Business-related fields with Risk and Insurance Management up to the third-year degree level.

Alternatively:

- A bachelor’s degree in Insurance and Risk Management up to the third-year degree level, PLUS an MBA or a Postgraduate Diploma in Business.

Minimum Work Experience Requirements:

- Industry experience in Insurance and Risk Management
- Lecturing experience
