Purpose of the Job:
The primary responsibility of the Account Compliance Analyst is to ensure that Personnel are in full compliance with standard Company Policies/
Procedures/Regulations/Requirements. Further, to ensure our service delivery standards and operational efficiencies are constantly maintained at the highest level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Enforce the Company's Disciplinary ‘Code of Conduct'
•Ensure that Personnel are in full compliance with standard Company Policies / Procedures /
•Absence Management
•Tracking Service Delivery
•Dynamic Cleaning Review
•Planned Preventative Management Tracking
•Remote Employee Training
•Reporting to Management and clients
•Troubleshooting and problem solving
•Trend Analysis
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
•Matric Certificate
•Call Centre Training and Experience
•Solid Computer Proficiency
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
ADVANTAGEOUS:
•Completed Tertiary level studies
•Any supervisory experience
•Payroll or administrative experience
•Compliance experience
